Seller Analytics ("we," "our," or "the Service") is a private analytics and diagnostics tool for Amazon sellers, provided to a limited set of clients by direct engagement. This policy describes what data the Service accesses, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
With your explicit authorization through Amazon's Login with Amazon (LWA) consent process, the Service accesses data from your Amazon Selling Partner account and Amazon Advertising account, including:
The Service does not access buyer personally identifiable information (PII) such as customer names, shipping addresses, or contact details, and does not request Amazon API roles that provide such access.
Analysis features may process aggregated metrics through third-party AI services under your own accounts and control. You choose which AI provider, if any, to connect.
Data accessed by the Service is used solely to:
We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use one client's data to benefit another client.
Authorization tokens issued by Amazon are stored locally in your environment and are used only to retrieve the data described above. You may revoke the Service's access at any time from your Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Advertising account settings, which immediately invalidates the Service's ability to retrieve further data.
Because data is stored in your own environment, you retain full control over it. Uninstalling the Service and deleting its local database removes all collected data. Upon request, we will assist with complete removal at no charge.
The Service is designed to comply with the Amazon Selling Partner API Data Protection Policy and the Amazon Ads API policies, including acceptable use and data handling requirements.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
